Cancellation Policy

  1. We offer a straightforward cancellation process. Simply email or call us to cancel your order.
  2. If we cancel the order, the full amount will be refunded.
  3. Once the product has been shipped, order modifications or cancellations are not possible.
  4. For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please address any complaints directly with them. VIPER PC is committed to assisting its customers and provides a flexible cancellation policy.

Return/Refund Policy

  1. We accept return or refund requests only if the product is damaged, incorrect, dead on arrival, or defective (Note: Customers must record a video before opening the product package to qualify for a refund). Buyers have 3 to 7 days (7 days applies for complete PC sets) after delivery to inform us of any issues and request a return or refund. To initiate this, contact us via email (preferred) or phone.
  2. If the product’s seal is broken and it is not faulty, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
  3. Return/Refund requests will be void if any part or accessory is missing from the product package.
  4. Buyers should keep the original packaging until the return window expires, as it will help in repackaging the product for return and prevent damage during shipping.
  5. The product must be packed properly, as it was when received. Do not apply tape or glue directly to the product or its box, as this could lead to the cancellation of your return request.
  6. All accessories included with the product must be returned along with it. We will process the refund once the product is received in its original condition. Missing items may result in the cancellation of the refund.
  7. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
